Led by experienced and respected Equine Dentistry Practitioner Tom Dowling IAED/C, this module will give a detailed insight into dentition and functional anatomy of the horse’s mouth. Students will explore the pathophysiological and practical implications of poor dentistry, and the association with behavioural issues and poor performance. Instruction will be given on safe and comfortable examination of the horse’s mouth to identify if dental issues are occurring.
